Products:

  • pumpkin – 0.5 kg;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • black pepper – up to taste;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • garlic – 2-4 cloves;
  • flour – 4-5 tablespoons.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Pumpkin is cleaned of seeds, skin is cut. After that, the weight of the pumpkin should be 500 g.

Further, the pumpkin is grated on a fine grater (you can grind it in a blender). If the fruit is too juicy, the excess liquid should be squeezed out.

2. Place the grated mass in a bowl, add salt and black pepper. The garlic is passed through a press and mixed with the pumpkin.

3. Then add flour and thoroughly mix the ingredients. This completes the preparation of the dough.

4. Next, heat the pan with oil and put the dough on it – ½ tablespoon at a time.

Fry the drumsticks over medium heat until golden on both sides. Served with sour cream or homemade sauce.
