Ingredients for the dough:
300 g flour
150 g butter
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp. cold water

Filling:
300 g pumpkin
250 g smoked meat
1 onion
oregano
pumpkin seeds

Topping:
250 ml cream
2 eggs
50 g hard cheese
0.5 tsp salt
⠀
Preparation:
Mix the flour with salt, add the chilled butter and rub into crumbs. Then add the egg and cold water, kneading the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, and the onion into small pieces and fry in oil for 10 minutes. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Roll out the dough, place it in a form covered with parchment.
Lay out the dough so that there are sides. Place the filling on the dough and pour over the egg-cream mixture. Place the pumpkin seeds on top. Place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 35 minutes.
