How to cook rice so that it falls apart into rice grains

The main rule of crumbly rice: if you want to cook rice, you need to wash it. Thoroughly 2-5 times in cold water so that the white, somewhat cloudy water becomes clear.

Before pouring water into the pan, throw a piece of butter on the bottom. Send the washed rice there. Create a frying effect so that all the rice grains are covered with oil. Only then pour boiling water over the rice.

The ideal rice ratio is 1:2 (1 cup rice + 2 cups water).

You don't need to stir the rice during cooking. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes and it will be evenly cooked, soft and crumbly.
