We are sharing a recipe for a delicious fish soufflé from canned sardines. Cooking is easy and simple. Read, cook and enjoy.

Ingredients for the souffle:
1 jar of canned sardines
6 eggs
1 large onion
salt, pepper to taste
2 tbsp. l. semolina
Preparation:
Peel and cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil until golden. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and mix with semolina and fried onions.
Mash the canned sardines well with a fork and mix with the egg mixture. You can add any herbs you like.
Pour this mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment. Put in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes. The dish is ready, cut it, serve it and enjoy it. Delicious!
