Details
However, the main problem is that cooking semolina porridge without lumps requires some experience and not every housewife can do it.
But there are two ways that will always help you make the perfect dish.
First, you need to correctly calculate all the components. As the housewives note, for 80 g of flour you need to take 0.6 liters of milk. A pinch of salt will not hurt. If you want to get a sweeter porridge, then you need to prepare two spoons of sugar when cooking.
Method one
The saucepan should be rinsed with cold water beforehand. Thanks to this, the milk will not boil.
As soon as the milk boils, the heat should be reduced and you can pour in the semolina. This should be done gradually. At the same time, the liquid should be stirred all the time.
After that, the porridge should be stirred constantly until it boils. As soon as it is ready, the saucepan should be removed from the heat.
Method two
As experienced housewives note, most (2/3) of the milk is brought to a boil along with sugar and salt.
Before boiling the milk, you should pour the cereal into the remaining part of the drink and mix thoroughly. A small amount of water can be added if desired.
Then the mixture should be poured into boiling milk and brought to a boil.
