Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:

- rice – 1 glass;
- boiling water – 1, 75 glasses;
- salt.
How to cook
Heat the pan and melt the butter. Turkish housewives sometimes add extra olive oil. Fry the rice for a few minutes so that it soaks up the oil.
Now you can add water and salt. Let the rice boil for 2-3 minutes and reduce the heat. Cover and cook until done within 20-30 minutes. It is not necessary to stir during this time. Delicious!
