To make your spaghetti perfect, don't forget to prepare the water correctly: for every 100 g of pasta, you need about a liter of water. Add salt immediately after boiling, which improves the taste and also helps the pasta stay firm. Never pour oil into the water, as this can prevent the sauce from coating the pasta well.
If you want to create a memorable dish, try serving spaghetti with a homemade sauce. For example, make a simple tomato sauce with chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil and a pinch of chili. For a creamy version, add Parmesan cheese and a little cream. To make the sauce more tender, save a little of the water after cooking the pasta and add it to the sauce.
