How to cook spicy beef ribs with sauce

Ingredients
You will need the following products for cooking:
- veal or beef ribs — 2 kg;
- onions — 2 pcs.;
- kochudyan — 1 tbsp.;
- water — 0.5 l;
- bay leaves — 2 pcs.;
- potatoes — 1 kg;
- butter — 30 g;
- milk — 70 g;
- black pepper, salt.
How to cook
Bring the water to a boil. Boil the ribs for 8-10 minutes. Then rinse them with water.
Put the prepared ribs in a cauldron. Add chopped onion, black peppercorns, bay leaves and 1 spoon of pepper paste called kochudyan. If you don't have it, because it is a somewhat specific ingredient, you can do without it, but then you need to add hot pepper. It is better to follow the kochudyan (Korean paste) recipe. You also need to salt the ribs and pour water.
Stew the ribs for 1.5-2 hours over low heat so that the meat separates well from the bone. You can serve such ribs with any side dish. Enjoy!
