How to cook steamed carp with creamy mushroom sauce: an idea for dinner
For dinner, fish is an ideal dish. Deliciously. And when it's tender steamed carp with an impeccable sauce, there are simply no words. Simple, useful and tasty.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- carp fillet – 600 g;
- champignons – 100 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- cream – 200 g;
- flour – 1 tbsp.;
- dill;
- pepper, salt.
How to cook
Cut the carp fillet into portions. Salt them and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Mushrooms should be washed, cleaned and boiled, and then cut. Also chop the onion and mix it with the mushrooms.
Now put the fish on the grill of the steamer. Sprinkle with chopped dill and steam.
Heat a pan, but no oil or butter. Dry the flour. Separately, bring the cream to a boil. By the way, they should be fat and thick. Add dried flour, mushrooms and onions to the cream. Do not forget salt and pepper. Boil the sauce for 7 minutes.
Put the finished fillet on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Delicious!
