How to cook stew from poultry, as from the oven

It is no secret that putting products into the freezer for storage, every housewife thinks about one thing: what if the lights are turned off for a long time, what will happen to my preparations? In order to protect yourself from worries, you can cook poultry stew in a regular oven. It will taste almost no different from what was cooked in the oven or in the autoclave. And how much time will be saved in the future, because it is a ready-made dish!
So, cut the poultry meat (chickens, geese or ducks) into pieces so that they fit into liter jars, salt, pepper and spread them tightly by banks If you like the taste of bay leaves, add 1 leaf to each jar.
Cover with metal lids without rubber bands. Pour 1-2 cm of table salt on the bottom of the pan and place the cans so that they do not touch each other. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour, and then reduce the temperature to 160. And let it bake there for another 3 hours. During this time, do not open the door, because the jar may burst. When the time is up, let the jars stand in the oven for half an hour to cool down a bit.
Now remove the lids without rubber bands and roll up with sterilized lids with rubber bands. After the stew has cooled, store it in a cool, dry place. It can be added to first courses, cereals, pasta and potatoes. Or you can eat it just like that, with bread and vegetables.
