Preparation:
Boil the rice and in the meantime peel the onion and carrot. grate, slice and fry. Prepare the filling: mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper, mix and stuff the peppers.
Place in a large bowl. For filling: fry onions and carrots, pour tomato juice, salt, pepper, add sugar to taste and stew for 10 minutes.
Pour pepper with sauce, add a bay leaf and stew over low heat for 1.5 hours. The dish is ready. Serve with sour cream. Delicious!
