Ingredients:
0.5 kg of pumpkin
0, 3 kg of potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
garlic to taste
200 g of cream
1 tomato without skin or ketchup
nutmeg
salt, pepper, bay leaf
50 g of butter
pumpkin seeds and feta cheese for serving
Preparation:
Cut the onion and garlic, fry in a deep pan with with a thick bottom on oil and butter. Grate the carrot and add to the onion. Cut the pumpkin and potatoes into cubes and also put them to prepare for the carrots and onions.
Fry a little and pour boiling water so that the vegetables are completely covered. Simmer until the vegetables are ready. Beat with a blender and add cream and bring to a boil. The soup is ready. Serve with seeds and feta cheese. Delicious!
