How to cook the most delicious tomatoes with plums for the winter

This recipe is increasingly finding its supporters among housewives, because in this way the preservation turns out to be very tasty and interesting.
The marinade can be drunk, or it can be used for marinating meat. Yes, kebabs or other dishes turn out to be even tastier.
Products (for 2 cans of 700 ml each):
- small tomatoes 1200 gr.;
- plums – 5 pieces per jar;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- allspice – 2 pieces;
- black pepper (peas) – each 4-5 pieces;
- grain mustard – a teaspoon;
- fresh basil – 2 sprigs.
Marinade products (per liter) :
- sugar – 120 g;
- salt – 1.5 tablespoons;
- vinegar (9%) – 2 tablespoons.

Step-by-step preparation
1. Plates of garlic, pepper (allspice), black pepper, mustard (grain) and basil are placed in sterilized jars. Next, tightly stack the tomatoes and plums.
2. The contents of the cans are poured with boiling water. Then the containers are covered with lids and left for 25 minutes.
3. Next, you need to drain the water into a pan and put the container on the stove. The liquid is salted, sugar is added and brought to a boil.
4. Boil for 2 minutes, and then pour vinegar. Then boil for another minute and remove the pan from the heat.
5. Pour boiling water into the jars and screw them with sterilized lids. The containers are turned over, wrapped and left in this state until they cool down.
You can store the twists even at room temperature, that is, you do not need a cellar or a refrigerator, you can put the blanks in a kitchen cabinet or another convenient but dark place.
