The following ingredients are needed for cooking:
- tomatoes – 2 kg;
- garlic – 6 cloves;
- salt – 1 tbsp.;
- sugar – 5-6 tbsp.;
- apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
How to cook
Take a 3-liter jar. Fill it with tomatoes, but before that, pierce them with a toothpick in the area of the stem. Pour boiling water, cover with a lid, and a towel.
After 5 minutes, drain the boiling water into a saucepan. Put on the fire, bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar. Fill the jar again with marinade and add garlic. Immediately roll up the jar. Turn it over and leave until completely cooled. Enjoy!
