How to cook trout with a side dish for dinner: a 2-in-1 dish with sauce

Fish dishes should be in the diet at least twice a week. Benefits are important, but trout with a side dish is a really tasty dish. Fish and a side dish of potatoes is a good idea for an appetizing dinner.

Ingredients

The following products should be prepared for the dish:

  • trout — 120 g;
  • carrot — 50 g;
  • potato — 100 g;
  • onions – 50 g;
  • bell pepper – 30 g;
  • cucumbers – 50 g;
  • cream – 50 g;
  • lemon – 20 g;
  • parsley – 10 g.

How to cook

Trout must be cleaned and all bones removed. In other words, take apart the fish to make the fillet.

Make the sauce. To do this, you need to beat the parsley with cream and spices in a blender, and then boil the sauce in a saucepan so that it thickens.

Prepare the potatoes. Cut into circles and fry until golden on both sides. Chop the pepper, carrot and onion and fry them.

Place potatoes, vegetables, and fish seasoned with spices in a baking dish. Send to the oven until the fish is ready. When serving the dish, pour the sauce on the plates, decorate with cucumbers… Delicious!
