Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil, add 1 cup of buckwheat groats, having previously washed it twice in warm water.
When the buckwheat boils, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Then add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. sugar or honey, if you are not allergic and it tastes good to you.
After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and add 3 tbsp. steamed poppy seeds and 2 tbsp. raisins or cranberries.
