How to cook veal in wine to make it juicy and tender

Ingredients:
1 kg of veal
2 onions
2 carrots
150 ml of dry red wine
water
salt, pepper to taste
garlic, bay leaf to taste

Preparation:
Cut the veal into large cubes and fry in a heated frying pan until a crust forms. Put the meat in a saucepan in which it will be cooked. Cut the carrots and onions and fry for 5 minutes.

Add to the meat, salt, pepper, add garlic and bay leaf if desired. Pour in the wine, add hot water to cover the meat. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and cook for 2 hours. The meat should be tender and juicy. Serve and enjoy. Enjoy!⠀
