How to cook
Prepare buckwheat groats. Rinse it, and then pour boiling water over it. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes. You also need to boil the potatoes in their skins.
Put the finished potatoes and buckwheat through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, greens to the minced meat. You can add fried onions.
