How to cook zucchini in garlic-soy sauce in just 15 minutes

Finally, we have waited for a seasonal vegetable – zucchini, for those who love this vegetable, we provide an interesting option to diversify the summer menu.
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 3 pcs.
- soy sauce – 40 ml
- garlic – 2 cloves
- corn starch – 1 tsp. l.
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- sesame – to taste
Preparation method:
- Cut the zucchini into long strips. They should not be very thin
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put the zucchini and fry over high heat until golden brown, stirring.
- Prepare the dressing. Mix the soy sauce with cornstarch. Add the chopped garlic, stir. The amount of garlic can be varied.
- When the zucchini is ready, pour in the sauce. Stir constantly, fry for a couple more minutes.
- Transfer to a dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Can be served as a snack or a side dish to the main course.
