How to cook zucchini in garlic-soy sauce in just 15 minutes

Finally, we have waited for a seasonal vegetable – zucchini, for those who love this vegetable, we provide an interesting option to diversify the summer menu.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 3 pcs.
  • soy sauce – 40 ml
  •  garlic – 2 cloves
  •  corn starch – 1 tsp. l.
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • sesame – to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the zucchini into long strips. They should not be very thin
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put the zucchini and fry over high heat until golden brown, stirring.
  3. Prepare the dressing. Mix the soy sauce with cornstarch. Add the chopped garlic, stir. The amount of garlic can be varied.
  4. When the zucchini is ready, pour in the sauce. Stir constantly, fry for a couple more minutes.
  5. Transfer to a dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Can be served as a snack or a side dish to the main course.
