How to cope with pain without medication
0
Returning to the roots and to nature has already become an integral part of our lives. Many people prefer to refuse unnecessary medication whenever possible. Of course, in case of excruciating pain, you should not tolerate and waste time, but it is best to immediately seek help from a doctor. However, with mild discomfort and minor pain, you can always use folk remedies.
Nature has taken care to heal us without unnecessary medications. And you should simply trust the natural course of things – and replenish your first aid kit with these herbs and other supplements.
Turmeric
Due to the curcumin content, inflammation is reduced and chronic pain is relieved. Start your morning with coffee with turmeric if you often suffer from headaches.
Arnica
This herb will help get rid of bruises, especially those that have occurred after surgeries or various skin care procedures. Arnica can be mixed with cream or taken as a dietary supplement.
Horseradish
Stuck in your nose? Don't rush to reach for a pharmacy spray. A little grated horseradish combined with water and lemon juice will be a worthy replacement for such medications.
Aloe juice
Aloe is incredibly useful – and not only for the skin of the face. This drink is optimal for bloating. The anti-inflammatory will help reduce excess stomach acid – and relief will not be long in coming.
Calendula oil
If your muscles ache after training or long walks, we do not recommend resorting to painkillers. Calendula oil is endowed with valuable antioxidant properties, which contributes to faster tissue healing and pain relief.
Clove oil
Pain always occurs suddenly, and toothache is doubly so. When there is no medicine at hand, and the time waiting for a visit to the doctor is passing too slowly, take a cotton swab and apply a little of this oil to it, and then apply it to the aching tooth.
Ginger
Nausea is hard to bear, but it is better not to resort to drastic methods right away. Try brewing fresh ginger root into tea – this ingredient can even be added to your favorite drinks on a regular basis to boost immunity.
