Preparation:
Wash, dry and clean the mackerel well. Then salt, pepper, pour generously with lemon juice. Make 3-4 cuts and insert a lemon cut into half circles into them.
Mix the chopped herbs and place on the fish and sliced garlic. Place the mackerel in a baking dish lined with parchment and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for no more than 30 minutes. Serve with rice or vegetable salad. Don't forget to pour lemon juice over the finished fish. Enjoy!
