How to deliciously bake ribs with honey and paprika

Baked ribs with honey and paprika are a great combination for a gastronomic pleasure for a holiday or an ordinary day. Honey adds sweetness and caramelization, and paprika gives a light piquancy. Did you know that honey helps keep the meat juicy, creating an appetizing crust?

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Wash the ribs and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub them thoroughly with a mixture of paprika, salt and pepper, then pour honey and olive oil. Place in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 60-90 minutes.

For additional caramelization, you can increase the temperature at the end of baking. The honey and spices will create a wonderful aroma, and the ribs will be tender inside and crispy on the outside.
