Ingredients:
1 tbsp. strong mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oils
pepper, spices to taste
Preparation:
Make a saline solution for injections of the underbelly. For 100 ml of hot water, you need 1 tablespoon of salt. When the solution has cooled, use a syringe to inject it into the meat so that it is well salted and juicy.
Make incisions in the meat with a knife and place the cut garlic cloves and bay leaf. After that, mix all the ingredients and rub the underbelly on all sides. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
After that, put the meat in a baking sleeve or foil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, to bake for 1 hour. Then cut the sleeve and leave the meat in the oven for another 20 minutes to brown. Enjoy!
