How to deliciously cook chicken fillet in a cream-mustard sauce

Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet or thighs
200 ml cream
150 ml water
1 tbsp. mustard
2-4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste
herbs to taste

Preparation:
Wash, dry and cut the meat. Fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan with oil until golden brown. Remove the meat from the frying pan, and put the chopped garlic here and fry. Add the cream mixed with water and mustard to the frying pan.

Salt, pepper, put the bay leaf. Put the meat back in the frying pan, cover and simmer until cooked. Before serving, sprinkle the meat with finely chopped herbs. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
