Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken fillet
30 ml of oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
black pepper to taste
400 g of mushrooms
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bell pepper
200 g of milk
2 tsp starch
200 ml cream
thyme
greens
Preparation:
Cut the fillet along the fibers. Mix the oil with spices and marinate the fillet in this mixture. Fry it on a well-heated pan on both sides and set aside. Finely chop vegetables and mushrooms.
Stew onion, garlic, and pepper until softened. Add the mushrooms and simmer until ready.
Meanwhile, dissolve the starch in the milk and pour it into the vegetables. Add cream, thyme and put the fried fillet in the sauce. Stew for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with finely chopped greens and serve. Delicious!
