Ingredients:
1 kg of hearts
2.5 tbsp. l. oil
150 ml of cream
1 tbsp. l. flour
350 ml of water (chicken broth)
dry garlic
1 tbsp. l. ketchup
salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean, wash and boil the hearts in salted water until ready.
Meanwhile, prepare the gravy. Pour oil into a well-heated frying pan, add garlic and flour immediately, stir quickly so that it does not burn.
Flour should be fried in oil. After that, add water, ketchup, salt, pepper in small portions and cook, stirring, so that the lumps are kneaded. At the end, add cream or sour cream and hearts.
Leave to simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and add chopped herbs if desired. Delicious!
