Ingredients for 5 l:

2.5 l water
50 g salt
25 g of sugar
green parsley
3 florets of dill
tomatoes
horseradish leaves
1-2 hot peppers
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of mustard

Preparation:
Take tomatoes of hard varieties so that they are whole. Wash well and dry. Put dill, parsley, garlic, horseradish and chopped hot pepper at the bottom of the vessel in which you will salt. Then lay out the tomatoes.

Place parsley on top of the tomatoes and cover with horseradish leaves. Before that, boil and cool the water. Put salt and sugar in cooled water and stir well to dissolve.

Pour the tomatoes with the solution, and sprinkle mustard on top. Close the container tightly with a lid and put it in a cool place to ferment. Delicious!
