How to deliciously marinate and bake chicken with orange

We share a recipe for a delicious marinade for baking a whole chicken. Read, cook and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 chicken carcass (1.2 kg)
2 tsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 sprigs of rosemary

Preparation:
Mix garlic, salt, pepper and oil. Remove the leaves from the sprig of rosemary and add to the marinade, also squeeze a little orange juice into it. Mix everything well. Rub the chicken well with this mixture from the inside and outside.
You can also rub it carefully under the skin. Leave to marinate overnight. Before baking, tie the chicken legs. Cut the orange, put a few slices and a sprig of rosemary inside.
Also put the orange slices on top of the chicken. Bake at 180 degrees for 80 minutes. For the last half hour, pour the juice that has come out of it over the chicken. Delicious!
