How to deliciously preserve stuffed peppers for the winter

Almost every housewife has almost finished the “canning season” . But it's no secret that it is in September that the prices of vegetables have dropped significantly, because it's time to clean up the gardens, not everything will go into storage, so you can buy small-sized vegetables quite inexpensively. And then make delicious stuffed peppers from them.
Ingredients for salad:
- Pepper – 2 kg
- Cabbage – 2 kg
- Greens (dill, parsley) – to taste
- Sugar, salt, vinegar – to your taste
- Garlic – 2 medium heads
- Honey – 100 g
- For marinade per 1 liter of water:
- Salt – 2 tbsp. l
- Sugar – 200 g
- Vinegar – 150 ml
< li>Carrots – 2 pcs.
First, clean the pepper. You can take different colors, but small in size. Pour boiling water over it for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes soft.
Prepare the filling: chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a large grater, and cut the greens with a knife. To add salt, add sugar, a little vinegar. Mix and stuff the peppers: put half a teaspoon of honey, 1 small clove of garlic on the bottom and fill tightly with cabbage.
Place the peppers in a 1-liter jar (holds 6-8 peppers) and pour boiling marinade.
Sterilize in boiling water 25-30 minutes after boiling, screw on metal lids. We turn the jars over and let them cool down.
Such an original salad will complement your winter dinner!
