How to dress vegetable salads deliciously: original dressings
If you are tired of dressing salads with mayonnaise, oils, and you want a tasty option, then choose original dressings that will reveal the taste of a classic set of greens, vegetables and other ingredients.

1. Balsamic Blueberry Sauce. Mix 3 tablespoons of sauce with 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam or puree. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to balance the flavor.
2. Avocado-lime. Blend the pulp of 1 ripe avocado, juice of 1 lime, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of fresh cilantro, salt and pepper to taste in a blender.
3. Fried sesame with ginger. Fry 2 tablespoons of sesame in a dry pan until golden. Mix with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
4. Citrus-honey sauce with yogurt. Mix ¼ cup of natural yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, juice of 1 orange, 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste.
5 . Dill Cream and Mustard Sauce. Mix ¼ cup cream or heavy cream sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon chopped dill, juice of ½ lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
