How to easily prepare “juicy” cutlets

No one can resist juicy meatballs, but not always succeed perfectly cooked. As it turned out, the whole secret lies in the minced meat, which acts as a base. If you want to please your family, then you should try to cook cutlets according to a new recipe using the oven.
What products will we need:
- 1 kg of minced meat (to make it juicy, then you should take pork and beef in a ratio of 50/50);
- yesterday's loaf or white bread;
- 1 medium-sized onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;< /li>
- 1 small potato;
- 1 chicken egg;
- a tablespoon of sour cream;
- salt and spices at your discretion.
How to cook
Cut the bread, remove the crust and send it to soak in milk. The amount of bread can be different, but 3 pieces are enough for 1 kg of meat.
It is a little more difficult with onions and garlic. Try to prepare them for minced meat with a blender, because it will be more problematic on a grater.
Mash the bread with your hands and mix with the onion and garlic. Try to achieve a uniform consistency.
Grate the potatoes, squeeze out unnecessary liquid.
Put the minced meat in a suitable bowl. By the way, instead of two components in the composition, you can use three. For example, pork, beef and chicken.
After that, add bread with onions, potatoes and a chicken egg. Mix, salt and choose spices. After that, we start shaping the cutlets.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and send the cutlets to bake.
After 20 minutes, the dish should be ready.
