This period is no less more important than spring. Because it is in autumn that the tree has deficits that need to be closed. This will help not only to prepare for the new season, but also to increase the cherry's frost resistance, immunity to the perception of infectious diseases and fungal diseases.

You need to wait until the leaves fall from the tree, and then start work. Fertilizers are applied from September to November. First, fallen leaves are removed and sanitary pruning is carried out. Cherries must be watered and the soil loosened in the stem circle.

For cherries, in the autumn period, processing is carried out by spraying with the drug “Zircon”. Cherries respond well to rotted manure, compost. For an adult tree 7-8 years old, 50 kg is required. Such feeding is carried out once every 2-3 years.

If you use mineral fertilizers, then you need 150 g of double superphosphate. If ordinary, then 300 g. As an extreme case, you can water with a bucket of water with a dissolved glass of ash. After the first frosts, you can spray cherries with urea at the rate of 30 g per 10 liters of water.
