How to fill pita bread so that it is both tasty and useful

Pata roll is liked by many. After all, you can make a variety of fillings for it, taking into account the taste preferences of all family members. Today we offer to prepare a roll from “Armenian pita bread” with spinach. And we will make the filling the simplest.

Ingredients:

  • Pavash – 1 pc.
  • Sour milk cheese – 250 g
  • Sour cream or homemade mayonnaise – 150 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Dill, green onion – to your taste
  • Salt, spices

First prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Boil the eggs until they are cool, then grate them. Finely chop green onions and dill. Separately – with thin slices of cucumber. Blend sour milk cheese, add salt, you can add your favorite spices and mix with greens.

If you use mayonnaise, just add dill and onion to it. Spread this green wonder – pita bread on the work surface of the table and spread it with cheese filling. Then lay out the remaining cheese filling, eggs, and cucumber in strips.

Roll the pita into a roll and admire the green spring product. Congratulate yourself that you didn't throw some not-so-healthy products into the filling and you can enjoy. If desired, you can put it in the refrigerator for an hour, if time allows. Useful and tasty!
