How to “fix” tasteless cutlets
0
Cuttles can be tasty or tasteless, there simply can't be anything in between in this dish. Depending on what was in the minced meat, you can try to fix the finished dish, even if it turned out tasteless. Let's talk about the simplest and most effective ones.
Dry cutlets
If something goes “wrong” and the cutlets come out dry, as if they were molded from sand, just place everything you fried in a pan, pour sour cream diluted approximately 1:1 with any broth (if there is no such, water will do).
The cutlets should float in this composition.
Add salt and spices to taste, cover, put on low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
When ready, garnish with fresh herbs. If you don't want to mess around, you can use the cutlets as an addition to scrambled eggs or an omelet.
It's even easier to send them to the refrigerator and wait until the household gets really hungry. Then the cutlets won't even have to be heated up – they'll go cold with bread and vegetables.
