How to fry cutlets with a crust without oil

Want to get a golden crust on your patties without excess oil? It is possible, and the result will surprise you with taste and texture. Many people think that fried patties without oil are dry, but there are a few secrets that will help you get juicy patties with an appetizing crust.

To get a crispy crust on patties, oil is not always necessary. If you use modern non-stick pans or cook in the oven, you can achieve the same result without adding fat.

Non-stick pan. Use a good quality non-stick pan. Heat it over medium heat before placing the patties. This will help keep the shape of the cutlets and avoid burning.
