How to fry fish: mistakes that every second housewife makes

Fried fish is a dish that has excellent taste. In addition, such a product brings a lot of benefits to the body. But how to get a tasty and appetizing dish that can be served to the festive table and cooked for dinner?

Unfortunately, many housewives make mistakes when frying fish:

A large amount of salt

Do not add a lot of salt to the marinade in which the fish will be marinated, as it does not dissolve completely. To get a delicious product, rub it with salt before marinating it.

Quick defrosting

Do not defrost fish at room temperature, and especially do not put the product in a microwave oven.

This will cause the ingredient to become soggy and lose its pleasant taste.

If you plan to cook a dish from frozen fish, remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it in the refrigerator.

Removing the skin

You must remove the skin from the fish after frying it. Otherwise, the product will fall apart in the pan, so the pieces will turn out unappetizing.

In addition, even before cooking, the fish will lose subcutaneous fat, which will negatively affect its taste.

A large number of pieces

You should not fill the pan tightly. Turning the product over will damage the shape.

In addition, the tightness contributes to the uneven frying process of the fish. You will not be able to get an appetizing and tasty culinary masterpiece, so your efforts will be in vain.

Too frequent turns

You don't need to turn the fish every minute. You need to wait until the piece of the product easily comes away from the surface of the pan.

Long frying

Every housewife worries that the fish meat will be raw inside. That's why the product is kept in the pan for a long time. This leads to the fact that the fish turns out to be overdried. You will get a tough dish that does not have excellent taste characteristics.

It is enough to fry a piece of fish for five minutes on each side so that the meat remains juicy and appetizing.

Lack of paper towels

Are you unable to cook fish with an appetizing crispy crust? Then you should get rid of the liquid that accumulates inside the product. Ordinary paper towels will help with this. They should be used to soak the carcass when it is completely thawed.

The frying pan is not heated enough

The frying pan should be well heated. If you hear sizzling, you can put pieces of fish on the frying pan. If you do not wait for the frying pan to heat up, the product will stick, so it will be problematic to turn it over.
