What to do with the meat
The top layer must be greased with a liquid consisting of two components – table vinegar and oil.
The mixture must have time to be well absorbed into the meat pieces. To do this, the vinegar-oil mass should be applied to the meat about an hour before the start of frying the product.
Experience shows that such treatment incredibly softens the chops. The dish becomes more tender and chewy.
We must not forget about improving the taste of the product: the mixture provides the dish with piquancy.
