Experts note that it can be done even without soil. You need a container, seeds and a sprayer.
The bottom of the container must be moistened with water. Pour the seeds. Try to pour thickly so that there is no free space. Moisten again with water from a spray bottle and cover the container with a lid.
Grow in a warm place. In a few days, the seeds will germinate. It will be possible to consume sprouted greens in 5-7 days, when they rise.
Growing microgreens is very simple. If you want to add vitamin components to your diet, there is simply no better way to find it. Arugula is a natural source of vitamin C and iodine.
