Prepare jars. Wash them and sterilize. Insert grated beets in them. Prepare the brine and pour it into jars. To do this, mix water, salt, citric acid. Boil it and cook for 2 minutes.
cover the jars with clean lids. They should be sterilized for 30 minutes. Close with lids and storage in a cool place. Not only beets but also carrots can be cooked according to this recipe.
