How to improve the growth of indoor plants with banana peels

You need to take care of your indoor plants properly if you want them to look healthy. However, purchased fertilizers can be too expensive. If you use banana peels according to the rules, you will not need other supplements.

Vitamin watering

Once every seven days, you can pamper your plants with a wonderful watering enriched with vitamins and minerals. To do this, you need to “accumulate” the peel from several bananas, chop it up and send it to a container with 5 liters of water.

Try to hide the liquid for a few days in a well-heated room. Bright sunlight is not allowed.

After that, dilute the concentrate with clean water (take 20 times more liquid per share of banana water) and use it for enriched watering.

Simple top dressing

To do this, the banana peel is well dried and ground in a coffee grinder or blender. After that, a small spoonful of fertilizer is added to each plant.

Top dressing is carried out once every couple of months.

When planting

You can first enrich the soil with banana peel. First, it must be chopped and treated with boiling water. Then send the peel to the pot during planting.

It is best to place the peel immediately after drainage on a small layer of soil.
