Ingredients for the base:
150 g sugar cookies
70 g butter

Cheesecake:
400 g cream cheese
200 ml cream
100 g powdered sugar
9 g gelatin
45 ml water

Tangerine layer:
300 g tangerine juice
1 tbsp. l. sugar
6 g gelatin
36 ml water
⠀
Preparation:
Crush the cookies into crumbs, add the melted butter and mix. Place in a mold, smooth the bottom and place in the refrigerator. For the cream layer, pour gelatin with water, bring the cream to a boil and dissolve the swollen gelatin.
Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and beat. Beat slowly and add the cream little by little. Pour this mixture onto the base and put it back in the refrigerator. For the tangerine layer, pour gelatin with water.
Squeeze the juice from the tangerines, add sugar and bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar. Dissolve the swollen gelatin. After the mixture has cooled completely, pour it onto the cream layer. Put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Delicious!
