- chicken fillet – 100 g;
- milk – ⅓ cup.
- butter – 2 tbsp.;
- flour – 2 tsp.;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- hard cheese – 2 tbsp.;
- greens – 2 tbsp.;
- pepper, salt.
How to cook
The fillet must be boiled in salted water. The amount of products is designed for two servings.
Pour the flour into a dry frying pan and dry it until it smells nutty. Cool slightly and dissolve with milk. Put on the fire and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt. Now you need to strain and bring to a boil again. The sauce will be of medium thickness.
Make minced meat from the fillet. Pour it with sauce. Then add one yolk, pepper and mix everything together.
Whisk the egg white separately. Mix it into the mass with minced meat. Now you can put it in souffle molds and sprinkle with cheese and a little melted butter. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished souffle with herbs. Delicious!
