How to make a delicious batter for any meat

Separate the egg white from the yolk, beat the yolks, and send the whites to cool in the refrigerator.

In a bowl with the beaten yolks, add salt, oil, water and mix until smooth.

Now add the flour, pour in the whites, which cooled in the refrigerator, and beat with a whisk until fluffy.

Drop the pieces of meat in the prepared batter and fry until cooked.

Before frying, it is advisable to cool the batter in the refrigerator for 20-40 minutes.

To fry chicken or pork, you can add 100 g of cheese and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the batter. The crust will be even crispier and tastier.
