How to make a delicious chicken cream soup with croutons

Ingredients
You will need the following products for cooking:
- onion — 1 pc.;
- carrot — 1 pc.;
- potatoes — 4 pcs.;
- chicken breast — 350 g;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- processed cheese — 40 g;
- salt, pepper;
- water;
- cruets.
How to cook
Chop the vegetables and chicken and fry them together over high heat. Then roll it up and add garlic, salt, pepper and water. The liquid should cover all the ingredients and be about 2 cm higher. Cook for 20 minutes.
When the soup is cooked, then puree it with a blender until smooth, add the cream cheese. If you don't have it, then you can pour in up to 100 ml of cream. This soup is best served with croutons. Drizzle a little oil on top. Enjoy!
