Ingredients:
240 g flour
35 g cocoa
160 g sugar
15 g baking powder
200 g brewed coffee
100 g orange juice
70 g refined oil
zest of half an orange
Fondant:
150 g dark chocolate
30 g oil
50 g walnuts

Preparation:
Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the sugar and mix with a whisk. Pour in the coffee dissolved in water, juice, oil, add zest and knead the dough.
Then pour the dough into a form lined with parchment. Cover with foil and make holes with a knife. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with oil over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the chopped nuts and pour the fondant over the cake.
