Ingredients for the spread
Prepare the following products:
- lightly salted herring – 200 g;
- carrot – 150 g;
- melted curd – 1 pc.;
- oil – 40 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
The herring should be cut into fillets so that there is not a single bone. Boil the carrots. The butter should be at room temperature.
The spread can be made using a meat grinder or a blender. Grind all the ingredients together. The butter will unite them. Transfer to a nice jar and put in the refrigerator to cool. With toast or fresh bread – very tasty.
