Ingredients for pancakes:
6 eggs
0.5 tsp. salt
0.5 tbsp. sugar
200 g flour
650 ml milk
30 ml oil
Filling:
300 g processed cheese or cream cheese
200 g lightly salted red fish
300 ml cream
lemon zest
fresh dill
salt
caviar for decoration
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar, pour in warm milk and oil in portions. Stir thoroughly and let it brew for 20-25 minutes. Bake pancakes on a preheated, oiled frying pan.
For the filling, mix processed cheese, zest, dill, salted fish, diced, and cream. Spread the filling over the pancakes, layer by layer, like a cake.
Place under pressure in the refrigerator for 12 hours to infuse. Then slice and serve. You can garnish with caviar and herbs on top. Enjoy!
