Ingredients:
200 g of pasta
500 g of minced meat
3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 l. flour
60 g of butter
nutmeg if desired
ground black pepper
salt to taste
Preparation:
First boil the pasta. Heat a pan, put oil and fry the minced meat. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and simmer until ready.
Fry flour separately in butter, gradually adding milk and bring to a boil. Salt, pepper and add nutmeg if desired.
Mix the cream sauce with the pasta, and spread the fried minced meat in an even layer on top and sprinkle everything well with grated cheese. It is better to take cheese that melts quickly.
Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes to form a golden crust. Delicious!
