How to make a delicious sauce for meat without vinegar

The best seasoning for any what kind of meat – hot sauce. Adjika rightfully occupies a special place among such snacks.
The sauce prepared according to the recipe described below will be not only tasty, but also spicy. And most importantly, you will not find vinegar in the list of ingredients here.

For burning adjika, you need to prepare:
- 3 kg of tomatoes;
- 1 kg of bell pepper;
- 200 g of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of salt.
All vegetables should be washed and cleaned – tomatoes should be de-stemmed, peppers should be seeded, and garlic should be peeled.
Grind tomatoes and peppers through a meat grinder, and put the resulting mixture on fire. Add salt to the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
Immediately before the end of cooking, add chopped garlic to all the ingredients.
Wait for the adjika to boil for a few more minutes, then transfer it to the advance sterilized jars.
Roll up with the same sterile lids and leave to cool, turning over and wrapping with a warm blanket.
The resulting seasoning can be offered not only to meat, but also to dumplings , potato dumplings, pasta, rice and other dishes.
