How to make a delicious strudel with apples from filo dough

If you want something tasty, but don't have time to mess with the dough. Ready puff pastry “Filo” will come to the rescue. Read the apple strudel recipe in detail, cook and taste it.

Ingredients:
3 apples
70 g of cream oil (for frying and greasing)
1-2 tbsp. l. sugar
1 tbsp. l. cinnamon
1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar
walnut
5 sheets of “Filo” dough
Preparation:
Cut the apples finely and send them to a pan with melted butter (20 g). Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and mix everything well.
Fry for 7 minutes on medium heat and add chopped walnuts. Stir and remove from the heat.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment, place the first sheet of filo dough and brush it well with melted butter, cover with the second sheet and brush again with butter. Do this with all the leaves.
Stepping back from the edges, spread the apple filling and carefully wrap the strudel. Do not twist too tightly, so that it does not crack in the oven during baking. Grease the top of the strudel with butter and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. Delicious!
